Leica Stainless Steel Strap Set with 8 Wrist Strap and 15 Neck Strap (18649)

I am about to buy my second set - for a gift this time. I trust that the straps will not corrode in time.

One caution: the "bulb" unscrews. I caught it as it was about to part and dump my camera. I put some Loctite on the threads to fix what could have been an expensive problem. All is well now.

These straps are very high quality with a solid feel. The shorter one fits nicely around the wrist, while the larger works well as a neck strap. One complaint for those of us with slightly hairy necks - the strap will catch and pull, resulting in the occasional painful twinge. But they still get my recommendation.

8" wrist strap is already included in the Leica D-Lux 3 package. The one comes in the camera box is more comfortable to use.
