Description
The SiPix StyleCam Extreme is a full-featured digital camera digital video camera. With 2.1 million pixels, you are certain to get detailed pictures with vibrant colors. When more resolution is needed, select the high-resolution mode to increase the picture size to 3 Mega Pixels. A high-resolution image makes it possible to enlarge your photos, while retaining sharpness and detail. The 1.6" color LCD screen provides accurate framing and instant playback of both pictures and video. The StyleCam Extreme comes with 16 MB built-in flash memory so you can safely store your pictures and video on the camera, even without batteries. To expand the storage capacity, the StyleCam Extreme has a memory card slot that supports Secure Digital (SD) and MultiMedia (MMC) memory cards. Simply insert an optional memory card and you're ready to take more pictures.
The SiPix StyleCam Extreme digital camera offers a 2.1-megapixel CCD sensor and intuitive point-and-shoot design. It's the ideal take-along camera that allows you to capture sharp and colorful pictures and digital video at events, parties, traveling or sightseeing.
The 2.1-megapixel resolution captures 1600 x 1200 pixel images for print enlargements up to 8 x 10 inches. The StyleCam Extreme features a smooth 4x digital zoom, macro mode for extreme close-ups, movie mode (without sound), and a 1.6-inch TFT (transreflective) color LCD monitor. It includes a built-in 16 MB memory, and expandability via Secured Digital (SD) and MultiMedia (MMC) memory cards.
Other features include a 10-second self-timer, auto power off to conserve battery power, an integrated lens cover that automatically turns the camera on and off while protecting the lens from dust and scratches, and a video output feature so you can present pictures and videos on your TV.
The StyleCam Extreme comes bundled with easy-to-use photo and video software from ArcSoft, including PhotoImpression for editing, retouching and adding special effects to photos and VideoImpression for editing AVI video.
The StyleCam Extreme includes a USB cable, camera strap, quick start guide, two AA alkaline batteries, and a CD-ROM containing image and video editing software and drivers for Windows PCs.

ONLY WORKS OUTSIDE

The flash is to bright, even if you turn the exposure level down all the way, the pictures come out all white. I would have to turn out all the lights to take a picture indoors, then you can't see what you're taking a picture of. If you turn on all the lights and turn the exposure level all the way up, you then get dim pictures with poor resolution.
Also there is no viewfinder besides the LCD screen, so its hard to aim.
It takes good pictures outdoors in the daytime.
Speed

This supplier exceeded my expectations. Living in PA I ordered on-line on a Saturday and use regular ground service. I expected to receive my order in at minimum a week or perhaps 2 week. Instead I received it in only 3 days. An excellent surprise to say the least. The product itself is reliable, easy to use and has many additional features. The only draw back with this camera is that it utilizes a 1.1 USB cable that is not compatible with most users 2.0 USB connection. I had to purchase a memory card and a card reader, but it is well worth it.

This is one outstanding camera for the money and performance. It's quite simple for begining users. The pictures are niiiiiccceee. The camera is liiiiiiggghhtt and so small! It has 16 mb! I'd have absolutley no hesitation to say this is the best deal you can find out there, Sipix has really outdone itself this time...!!!
Nice tiny and light little camera

A nice point and shoot camera about the same size as the popular Canon Elphs, I wanted a small inexpensive camera primarily for use at social functions like sporting events or at clubs and restaurants and it really does a great job. There is no optical zoom but I've had new Fuji's and Elphs both break due to their telescoping lens on power up, so you won't have to worry about that with the Sipix. No special batteries, just AA's available anywhere. The flash is bright and doesn't project very far, but just cover it up a bit for close-up shots at night. A very tiny light camera that fits easily in your pocket and I've been impressed with it's picture quality compared to cameras that cost twice as much.

lo unico es q' deberia de venir con una bolsa para guardarla..
