Fujifilm 5V AC Adapter for FinePix Z1, F10, F410, F700, S3000, S5000 & S7000 Digital Cameras

I clicked through from the Fuji Z1 page to get to this page. The Z1 page claimed that this adapter works for the Z1, as does the title of this page. And it does, in a way. The thing is, you also need the cradle for the Z1 - the adapter will not plug directly into the camera.

I like my little Z1 a lot, & I have an adapter & cradle permanently attached to my Mac, so I just plop it on & it charges up. For travel, I suppose I could take the cradle & adapter with me, but I bought a "Fujifilm BC65 Rapid Travel Battery Charger for F401, F402, F410, F601 & F700 Digital Cameras" which will recharge the NP-40 battery that the Z1 uses. Much better for traveling, because it is very compact - but you have to remember to check the wall socket for it before you check out of the hotel!

This is a great product except for the missing instruction booklet. It claims to be included in the shipment, but it isn't. Would be nice to have it for safety reasons.

It was exactly what I needed. I use my 3800 with regular batteries and use this when I am downloading my pix or using the webcam. It works great.

The Finepix 700 camera comes with a recharger with a wall plug. It also serves as an adapter to run the camera off wall current, making this product comepletely unneeded. But since Amazon does not give a detailed description of what comes with the camera, it was hard to tell that.

I am hoping this is just what we need, but nowhere in the literature do I see if this adapter will work as a recharger for our Fujifilm 3800 digital camera. It only states "in some models". Delivery was VERY quick.
