Disappointed

I received this item, used it once, downloaded the pictures to my computer, placed this item back into the camera and it would not work. I returned the item in August 2003 and have had no response about a new one being sent or a refund. I am very disappointed because I really do like this type of item. I am waiting for a response...and still waiting...
